The Milnes crew took one last trip to the lake on Monday for a special afternoon with Houseboat magazine. Who wouldn't want pictures of us?? It was a fun day of swimming and sitting around the boat pretending that there wasn't someone taking pictures of us all afternoon. I can't wait to see the pictures and then the final article that should be out in April! My dad flew in for the shoot and Marney, Emily, and Allison arrived a little later.
Some of my favorite Luke quotes from our latest trip. He has had some good ones lately!! My dad went to the service center at the marina to speak with Duck (the marina manager). Luke, "Where did Pappy go?". Me, "He went up the hill to talk to Duck". Luke (while shaking his head), "Pappy talks to ducks. He is so silly!!!". While my dad was carrying Luke on his shoulders (he was sweating just a bit, we all were). Luke, "I'm getting all wet!!!. Is it raining????". More Lucasisms to come!!!
