Monica and Tessa joined us for dinner one evening while out on the boat. Luke, could have cared less about a baby joining us for the evening. Kailyn, on the other hand, swooned over this child!

Mark bought some worms for the kids to fish with (or torture). They had no interest in sticking one on a hook (although they did). They most enjoyed pulling, squeezing, carrying them around, sticking down their life jackets, etc, etc.

It was another fun filled day of swimming, fishing, wave runners, and ski boat ride.
Sad that summer is coming to an end. Luke starts school soon and we will get back into
a routine. I do love fall and we already have a full schedule ahead of us
visit from Bobo and Pappy
camping trip with friends
Pumpkin Patch
Weekend getaway to KC
and let's not forget
playing at the park with friends
riding bikes
craft days
etc, etc.

Day with the Turner's

We had such a fun day on the lake with Aaron, Ashley, and Audrey. Mark and I love getting
to share our favorite place with our friends. The kids did some jet skiing, long ski boat ride, swimming, and fishing.
It was a great day!

My brother and his family were in town last week from Nevada. We had not seen
them in a year! It was great to get the boys together who are only 3 months
apart in age. They had so much fun together! They swam, played cars, ate, watched some tv,
swam, and did a little more eating together. They played hard and then threw down
a canister of pringles together. Love them! We can't wait to have
Ben spend some more time with us in Illinois.
Luke just asked me if we could go to Ben's house today or tomorrow.
