While in Houston I was able to reconnect with a friend from high school. I had
not seen her in about 12 years....I feel old! We were able to get together at Kristin's house
with all 6 six kids between the three of us for a playdate/reunion. It was fun
catching up and meeting each others kids! The kids
loved playing at Kristin's house with all of the fun toys!! We were also able to
get our annual photo shoot of Kailyn and Katelyn (and some with Luke too).

Houston November 2011

We had a wonderful trip to Houston this month! I flew with the kids alone
for the first time and we all did wonderfully!
The kids were fantastic! I was a little
worried after Kailyn got sick in the car on the way to the airport!
She must have just been a little carsick because once we got her cleaned up and
in new clothes she was all better! whew!!!
Our first full day in Houston Mom and I took off for the Nutcracker Market!
Dad got to spend the entire day with the kiddos! They had a lot of fun.
He took them to McDonalds for lunch and a little playtime, they picked up pinecones
out of the yard, and played at the neighborhood playground. When we got home
Dad had Luke's head wrapped with an ace bandage with a band-aid on top! Luke
thought it was hysterical. Here are some picture of the beginning our trip!

Where in the world did November go? Did I fall into a coma? Wow!
We just got home from a fantastic trip to Texas!
I do love me some Texas time. I think I told Mark at least
a dozen times how much I love it there.
I will have to blog more about our trip later.
For now, I'm just playing catch up!
I'm baking, cleaning, and preparing for a POSSIBLE black
Friday outing with a friend.
Did I also mention that one of my best friends is having a baby TODAY!


For now I will just leave you with pictures from a playdate that the kids had with Maddy Sue
last month. I can't believe I have not posted them yet! They had a great time and
all three played so well together. Luke does a great job with the little ones.
